Customer Representative (St Cloud, MN)

Position Summary

The Customer Representative is responsible for surveying assigned accounts and provides exemplary service to all customers.  In addition, this position will handle incoming calls, act as a back up to other team members, handle product inquiries, enter orders and maintain customer detail in CRM.

Essential Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:  

1.  Contacts customers and retailers by telephone on a regular basis to sell GNPCo products and services; this includes suggestive selling and educating them on price, programs, features, order status, order fulfillment and delivery information. 

2.  Handle customer inquiries via phone, fax and email. Position requires a focus on relationship building and problem resolution to ensure a positive customer experience and the ability to document those interactions.

3.  Manage time effectively to meet personal and team goals. Provide support to other team members to ensure quick and efficient service to our customers.  This requires maintaining a positive and efficient work environment with quick switching between tasks.

4.  Accurately process customer transactions, such as orders and deli packaging requests.

5.  Update CRM with store and customer level information.
