Maintenance Coordinator I (Cold Spring, MN)

Position Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator-1 distributes parts from the tool crib to maintenance mechanics in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Distributes and tracks all parts and  tools from the tool crib

Receives and stocks all maintenance parts using the JBA software system

Reports low inventory parts to purchasing for ordering

Executes physical inventory on a frequency determined by Supervisor or Manager

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Set up new parts on the JBA system and megamation.

Complete and track all project and CER work tickets.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·         Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English

·         Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations

·         Must be able to communicate effectively with maintenance team members and interpret product labels and codes

·         Knowledge of computers, excel and word processing are required

·         Ability to create spreadsheets, reports and graphs. Accuracy and speed in data entry is required

·         Ability to work in a varied climate (60 to 80 degrees)

·         Ability to work independently

·         Will be required to frequently lift up to 50 pounds

·         Ability to climb staircases 6-8 times per day

·         Ability to use 6-8 foot stocking ladder and reach items up to 10 feet

·         Ability to push and pull an inventory cart

·         Ability to retrieve and stock parts from floor level to shoulder level

·         Ability to identify parts
